Diagnosed with Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma ER -, PR-, &HER2 + Grade 2、Size: 2.4cm

Lymph nodes biopsy: positive

1st regimen: neoadjuvant chemotherapy (Before surgery) with Taxotere,Carboplatin,HerceptinSide effects: nausea, fatigue, loss of hair, taste change, muscle aching, fever, etc.

Stopped the 1st regimen and decided to have the mastectomy due to the result of the ultrasound, which indicated the chemo might not be effective.

Pathology report: The Breast cancer tumor 2.5 cm

13/21 lymph nodes were cancerous

Grade 3

The effect of the chemo therapy was minimal

Interval increase in size of mediastinal lymph nodes.Stable varices.

CT: Mildly improved. The largest lymph node is about 12mm.
