I went to have the ultrasound.

The result was clear!

It didn’t show anything suspicious!

Although the cancer tried to take away my peace, I could overcome because of prayers!

If I am challenged by fear so often, each time I beat it, I need to celebrate.

Dancing, laughing, and toasting, George and I celebrated this small victory.

  1. Kathy, What a wonderful way to start my day. I walked into the kitchen this morning and Uncle Don was already up and was sitting with his computer open and gave me the news. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am. Now I want anyone to tell me that prayers are not answered. I wish we could be there to celebrate with you and George. We will all celebrate here and I am sure you will feel the love. Love you Kathy and George, Love Aunt Pat and Uncle Don

  3. We will continue to dance, through the valley of the shadow of death, for it is only a shadow. And we will fear no evil (perfect love casts out fear). For “Thou are with us”. He has prepared a table before us – in the presence of our enemy (cancer) – He annoints our heads with oil (pouring the Holy Spirit all over us) – our cup of wine (and other good things) runneth over. Surely, Surely, Surely God’s goodness (all the time) and mercy (new every morning) will follow us (indeed chase us) all the days, every one of them, of our lives. And we shall dwell in the House of the Lord of Creation- Forever! Amen!

  4. Thank you for sharing the good news and for including us in this celebration with you. I am so grateful that God offer us joy in the midst of great challenges. Love the joyful music. That is so KOOL. Celebration times roll on… for God is good.

  5. Kathy and George,
I love Joji’s words of “dancing through the valley of the shadow…” Our faith and our God gives us what we need to do this each day to and love life. You two are such an inspiration to us all! Rejoicing with you both- Love, Martha (and Pete too!)

  6. Dear Kathy and George,
Who could hear this news, coupled with this song, and not dance? We celebrate with you – rock on!
    Love, Betsy and Alexandra
